Contacted Happy Paws with short notice before summer vacations. Adriana was very responsive and came over to see the layout. We have 3 indoor cats so they need attention daily. I cannot say enough good things about this Company. Each day we received a contact with pictures which was amazing. Very conscious when we were getting a storm before we returned since we had outdoor furniture from a previous party. Extremely happy with everything they provided and the price was affordable. They’ve got our business for as long as we continue to need the loving care they provide.

Shoreline Happy Paws does an amazing job walking my Australian Shepherd. The walkers are reliable, caring and go the extra mile to make my dog feel comfortable and happy. They interact well with him. They keep him safe in all kinds of weather conditions. I love the daily walk updates and photos as well that they send. I would highly recommended them. My dog is so happy to when he sees them.

Our dogs all love the staff of SHP when they come to the house, particularly Ava who goes crazy when she realizes they are here to pick her up for a hike. We lead complicated lives with lots of travel and we could not manage without the help of Adriana, Chris and their staff , all of whom are wonderful, friendly, dog-loving people. Our fur baby doesn’t like being left alone, and makes sure we know it, so after some research we called Shoreline to doggy-sit him during date night. We took into account the good reviews, insurance, and numerous certifications before reaching out. We built in a buffer to meet Adriana first before heading out and our dog was very comfortable and playful with her, so we felt calm heading out for dinner. Shoreline Happy Paws came to our wedding rescue! We got married at dog-friendly Saybrook Point Inn in Old Saybrook, CT however, everyone we trusted to watch my baby was going to be apart of the wedding festivities! I am definitely over protective of my baby girl and can’t stand the thought of putting her in a kennel or leaving her with someone I don’t know or trust. I found Shoreline Happy Paws and meet with the owners a few weeks before the wedding. They were so sweet and kind to my very shy pup, I knew my pup would do well with them. I couldn’t be more happy that my original dog sitting plans fell through- Adriana and Chris are amazing. I am a first time (ie slightly neurotic) dog owner of a senior rescue and was a nervous wreck when i had to go out of town shortly after I got my dog, Randall. Adriana and Chris took such good care of him, and sent me frequent pics and videos- I could literally see how happy he was with them! I trust them completely and know they love and care about Randall too. hire them immediately, you won’t regret it!

Adriana and Chris have been wonderful with my little girls. Lucy and Lexi love their walks and I couldn’t be happier to have some free time without worries about leaving my babies for too long. I highly recommend them for the care of your fur babies. I wish I could give them more stars.

Adriana is fantastic. I have a 5 month old Siberian husky named Luna and she is a handful, I’ve had Adriana come by on days that I am traveling for business and usually she visits 3-4 times on those days to let Luna out, walk/play with her, clean up any accidents and feed her. She always texts me pictures and lets me know how Luna is doing which I love. Not only is she great with pets, she is also very thoughtful about your home – for example, last time I hired her she brought in 2 packages that were delivered, one of which was an 80 pound desk. Shoreline Happy Paws was our first experience with home visit pet care. We were very nervous about this type of pet care and took time to do our research. It was better than we expected. It was much better than kenneling our Molly! The customer service and communication during visits through the app was amazing and fun! We would get pictures of the visits and it put us at ease while away for work in another state for a week

I was very nervous to leave my pets for 4 days, but I didn’t need to worry. Adriana did such a wonderful job stopping in to care for them four times a day. She gave them lots of love and attention, fed them, walked my dog, cleaned the litter boxes, and gave everyone their meds. She even brought in mail and packages and vacuumed the house before I came home. I am so impressed with Shoreline Happy Paws!

I contacted Shoreline Happy Paws when I injured myself and could not walk my rambunctious puppy. Adriana quickly set up an initial home visit and came up with a twice-a-day walk schedule, which was very flexible and accommodating. All the dog walkers I had a chance to meet were very friendly and genuinely caring towards my puppy. They would send me messages and photos on how the walk went, and provide me with valuable information and impressive (sometimes funny) pictures. Thanks to Adriana and her staff, my puppy has tremendously improved on leash walking. Maybe someday I can try hikes when my puppy is well behaved around other dogs. I highly recommend Shoreline Happy Paws!

Adriana and her dog walkers are professional, courteous and dependable. They helped us out during a family emergency with warmth and compassion, and I cannot recommend them more highly. We were lucky to have engaged Shoreline happy Paws when we did!

The entire team was fantastic!!! They sent gorgeous  pictures from every visit and a report card reflecting behavior, bowel movements, eating habits, etc. Always responded to my comments through their amazing phone app. They asked questions if anything was out of the ordinary no matter how small it seemed. Every aspect of their business is organized down to how easy it is to pay online. There is a menu of services to pick from and you can always ask for help in choosing which is best. It may seem expensive but I assure you that it’s worth every penny for peace of mind, pinky promise. Hands down would use them every time and never board my pets again.
